ADHD并非简单的“注意力不集中”，而是一种神经发育障碍，其核心缺陷在于大脑执行功能受损，这也是导致患者效率低下、频繁迟到的根本原因。罗永浩描述的“拖延、注意力涣散、临场救火”等状态，正是成人ADHD患者的典型日常。

“ADHD是一种常见的神经发育障碍。”广州市红十字会医院康复医学科副主任牟志伟介绍，ADHD的核心问题在于大脑前额叶发育相对迟缓或功能异常，从而引发调控注意力、冲动和行为的神经递质水平不足。 “这会导致患者在不同维度的注意力上出现困难，包括集中注意力、分配注意力和转移注意力等。”牟志伟表示，除了为人熟知的“坐不住”，更核心的在于“静不下心”，难以持续专注、容易分心、做事缺乏条理。

罗永浩的一则致歉声明，让ADHD从一个小众医学名词成为公众热议的话题，更折射出千万患者不被看见的困境。随着两款国产药物的落地，ADHD患者的用药困境有望得到缓解，但国产替代的道路仍任重道远。
