12月25日消息，据DigiTimes报道，随着DDR4供应紧缺，16GB DDR4模组在现货市场的价格已经飙涨至60美元的历史新高，这也使得继续生产DDR4变得更为有利可图，因此韩国三星电子已经推迟了其DDR4生产线的停产计划。

受 DDR5 内存涨价影响，消费者开始转向前代 DDR4 内存寻求性价比。尽管 DDR4 的售价如今同样水涨船高，但仍有部分装机用户愿意为此牺牲一定性能。据《电子时报》消息，三星已决定将 DDR4 内存的生产计划延续至 2026 年。遗憾的是，这项新的生产规划，预计既不会降低内存售价，也无法为消费市场带来更多供应量。
