Reason: await fetch() only pauses the load() function, not the whole program. JavaScript does not stop everything just because you wrote await. It only stops inside that function. So what happens is: 1. load() is called 2. Inside load(), JavaScript reaches await fetch() 3. It pauses load() and immediately comes back to the main code 4. Main code prints "Outside" 5. Meanwhile, the fetch request finishes 6. After the response arrives, it continues inside load() 7. Then it prints "Done loading" Fol
