Bolinho de Bacalhau Ingredientes 500g de batatas 500 g de bacalhau desfiado e dessalgado 1 cebola pequena ralada 1 ovo Cebolinha picada Sal e pimenta do reino a gosto MODO DE PREPARO Coloque o bacalhau de molho em água fria por 24 horas, trocando a água a cada 4 horas. Depois coloque em uma panela e deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos, veja se está cozido o bacalhau. Coloque em pano limpo pra absorver toda água e depois desfie, retirando as espinhas. Com a água do bacalhau cozinhe as batatas e esprema

BOLINHO DE BACALHAU Ingredientes: 450g de bacalhau desfiado 320g de batata amassada 1 cebola ralada 2 ovos Salsinha Pimenta-do-reino Óleo para fritar Modo de preparo Para dessalgar o bacalhau, lave em água corrente tirando o excesso de água e leve para cozinhar por 5 minutos em água salgada, a água salgada faz com que o sal saia do bacalhau e se transfira pra água.
