Check out this footage of a sharp-shinned hawk, North America's smallest hawk, bathing in a creek not far from Phoenix, Ariz. Males of the species are smaller than females. Sharp-shinned hawks are also one of the most migratory hawks on the continent, breeding as far north as the treeline in Alaska and wintering south down into the tropics of Panama.
