Citizens highlighting these businesses is a good thing. It creates visibility and gives government officials clear targets to audit. Audits are how you actually determine whether fraud is happening or not. Ignoring it helps no one except bad actors. And basic on-the-ground questions like asking neighbors if kids are ever coming and going is a reasonable starting point. Transparency shouldn’t be controversial if everything is legitimate.
