2 Fun Cartwheel drills for you guys to try. The 1st one is something my coaches came up with to help kids understand a proper lunge finish, and I just had to share it (great work Maddy & Kaden!) . The 2nd drill is one I used to give the athlete a more visual cue of where her arm placement should be so by the time she's ready to work RO BHS, she's used to reaching forward and making her tumbling as long as possible.
