How to Poop after giving Birth from a Labor & Delivery Nurse 💩🤰🤱 Step 1: Grab a Squatty Potty or Stool to elevate your feet to align your rectum in a position that is easier to pass 💩 Step 2: If you had a C-section, use a pillow to help guard the incision while you gently push your 💩 out.
