A high-speed police chase ended with officers holding three children, ages just 12, 11, and 8, at gunpoint, in Cleveland, Ohio, on December 20. Police say the juveniles stole a vehicle and fled when officers attempted a traffic stop. The chase reached up to 79 mph before the car crashed into a home.
