Not every scenario is covered in CCR training, and this head cam footage is a great example of that. Shortly after entering the water for a 100 m dive, Steve experienced a freeflow. It wasn’t caused by any of the usual suspects such as an offboard stage, and neither he nor his buddy could identify the source. The situation was made more challenging by heavy swell and breaking waves. Thankfully, a support diver entered the water from the boat to help diagnose the issue, but even then the cause re
