Norfolk Motorists:** **Starting as early as late January, there will be a new traffic pattern on I-64 west, between Tidewater Drive (exit 277) and Patrol Road in Norfolk to support bridge rehabilitation work on the Granby Street and East Little Creek Road overpasses, as part of construction for the first phase of the Hampton Roads Express Lanes (HREL) Norfolk Segment. The new traffic pattern will include the opening of a temporary general purpose lane to the inside of the I-64 west mainline. For
