This week’s #WorkoutWednesday challenge is the Navy’s Physical Readiness Test (PRT). The Brigade takes the PRT at the beginning of every semester to assess their general fitness. At the Naval Academy, the midshipmen are expected to be in the “Excellent” to “Outstanding” categories. Do you meet the physical standard of the midshipmen? Take the challenge and find out!
