A woman is dead, killed in a scaffolding collapse, after a privately owned garbage truck triggered a chain reaction crash in East Harlem on Tuesday, according to police. A man was driving the truck, with a passenger beside him, west on East 101st Street around 6:30 a.m. when police say he collided with a parked Kia.
